Microsoft's creative destruction
A very instructive piece on why Apple succeeds in bringing innovative products to the market that work beautifully compared to Microsoft. In essence a Steve Jobs has succeeded in building a culture where people think of usability first, whereas with Microsoft people are only protecting their turf and are allowed to give a damn to the end customer. It's the design thinking that differentiates both companies.
